ProDentim Returns & Exchange Policy

At ProDentim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange process.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it

• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

• Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom or personalized items

• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return

Step 3: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label

Step 4: Package the item securely in its original packaging

Step 5: Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location

4. Return Shipping

• Returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.): Free return shipping

• Returns due to customer change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

• We provide prepaid return labels for eligible returns

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer exchanges for eligible items. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please do not attempt to use or repair damaged items.

8. Warranty Claims

Furniture items come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims should be reported within the warranty period and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. International Returns

10. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases and typically has a 1-year expiration date.

11. Restocking Fee
